Polls show almost 80% of Nevadans, people from all walks of life, support voter ID laws.

Republicans. Democrats. Independents.
Hispanic voters. White voters. Black voters.
Blue-collar voters. College-educated voters.

But the legislature refuses to act, ignoring the will of the people.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Sisolak signed AB 4, which enacted sweeping changes to Nevada’s election laws.

  • Mandating universal mail-in ballots
  • Legalizing ballot harvesting
  • Undermining trust in our elections

These changes damaged Nevada’s election integrity — but the legislature refuses to act.

VOTER ID. It’s just common sense.

Current election integrity measures are inadequate, leaving voters with concerns about the process.

The state’s signature verification system is ineffective and fails at an alarming rate, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Meanwhile, 36 other states have protected their elections with some form of voter ID law.
It’s clear that secure, reliable voting systems lead to faster results. Our state takes days to count ballots, while Florida — despite having a much larger population — announces winners on Election Night.

But the legislature refuses to act.

Join us in calling on Nevada lawmakers to listen to the will of the people, restore faith in our elections, and pass common sense voter ID laws.
